Leaded Glass consists of a puzzle of pieces of glass, put together with an H-profile of lead and soldering. 3 dimensional objects like lamps also lend themselves for this technique. Maths and a meticulous way of working are a must for any glazier. The angle of how daylight falls on the window changes throughout the day, therefore making it a different picture as the day goes along. Leaded glass makes the room you are in just that bit more special and gives privacy if placed on eyelevel in your window. I have a changing collection of Leaded Glass/Tiffany in front of the windows in my workroom, which makes it a colourful and pleasant place to be.
